Ultimate Fat Loss Boot Camps - On Ramp
The Program is curriculum-based and emphasizes exposure to the basic movements, correct form, proper technique, full range of motion, intensity, & skill development. Sessions are 1 hour, include a warm-up and a workout at the end.
Included in the curriculum: mobility drills, warm-up drills,squat, front squat, press, push press, push jerk, thruster, deadlift, kettlebell swing, Olympic warm-up, clean, and snatch. List is not all-inclusive.
The On Ramp is the MANDATORY pre-requisite to joining the main bootcamp groups, so that new members get sufficient coaching time to learn all the basics. On Ramp creates an environment that is less intimidating and allows new members to be ready for the intensity of the main groups.
NOTE: Not all individuals will be 100% ready after only 1 round of On Ramp! Certain pre-requisites must be met before you graduate into the main group.
