The Classes

CrossFit is a fitness regimen that involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

In our CrossFit classes, you can expect to be lead by our coaches through various exercises such as weight lifting, power lifting, basic gymnastics, and other functional movements.

These classes can be scaled to be appropriate for all skill levels and abilities.

The Coaches

UF Gyms and CrossFit Arnprior coaches, Paige Wood and Gabrielle Archambeault, value safety and inclusivity as much as performance in the gym and in sport.

They are dedicated to helping each client have a safe and effective workout and are here to help you reach your personal goals.
